Can't download EPOC Panel Control completely

Hi. I have a problem downloading EPOC Control Panel. The download stops always in 40Mb (approximately). After I open the .exe archive a message is showed which says “Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer’s author to obtain a new copy”. I tried several times to download the archive but the problem still coming up.
