Hello, I’m not sure this is the right place for a suggestion.
I found this article about a recent clinical trial using neurofeedback and thought it could be interesting :

The original study has been published on Biological Psychiatry, Sept 2016 : http://www.biologicalpsychiatryjournal.com/article/S0006-3223(16)00003-2/abstract
Looks like Dr. Talma Hendler and her team from Telaviv University just found a reliable “electrical fingerprint” of amygdala activity using just EEG, then using neurofeedback with auditory and visual stimuli the trial resulted in promising way to self-regulate amygdala activity, which in turn allowed to regulate and train emotional and behavioral response much more efficently.
I wonder if is there already such an algorithm or if you will be able to implement such an algorithm to monitor amygdala activity in future?
