So, I have a subscription for pure.eeg but I can’t sign in and my username and passwords are fine, I tried a million times, reset the password, same result it says that my username or password “may be” incorrect…
Also, I tried to send an email regarding this issue to support through the website, but it is returned by the mailer daemon, it seems that you guys don’t accept emails from yahoo.ca … maybe it’s related or not, but it does make communication a bit more difficult.
Let me know if you can help, it’s quite frustrating.
