What are the options for replacing plastic sensor holders that no longer click/grip with the plastic housing on the sensor arm?
Just to clarify the part (in lieu of correct terminology) this is the plastic cup that hold the felt sensor. When twisted into the sensor arm assembly it not longer grips and readily falls out.
After several years of regular use it is not surprising there is wear on this part, but there does not seem to be a replacement option on the website.
Please advise how to remedy we have multiple headsets suffering this issue!
