To upgrade the headset, please follow these steps.
1. Download the updade tool at

2. Turn on your headset then connect the headset to PC (Windows) via USB cable.
3. Launch the upgrade tool by clicking on EmotivFirmwareRemoteUpdateTool-1.9.exe
4. Click Login. Login to your EmotivID
5. Click Open
6. Click Register
7. Click Upgrade firmware (update to firmware 0x625)
Note: – If there’s still error occurred, please send back to me log error or screenshots
– If after step 5 you see at Connected Device shows 00000000, you don’t need to do step 6 and 7. Please send: your EmotivId, your email address and the short serial number corresponding with your headset
