cannot load EDK lib: [Error 126] The specified module could not be found

Hi,

I am trying to compile the AverageBandPowers python example on Windows, and I get the error in the title. I identified the problematic line of code, which is line 21 in the example script and attempts to load an edk.dll library.

That file is definitely in the specified path. I tried changing the code to the full path and it doesn’t solve the problem.

Any ideas how to fix this?
