Hi Nicole, have you raised this issue with our support team? I assume you are using EPOC+ (or is it EPOC?) and you are using the Emotiv Universal USB Receiver?
The firmware architecture definitely prevents multiple receivers from pairing with the same USB receiver, based on serial numbers of each headset and receiver. Our team should be able to help you through this issue.
Please note wireless dropouts can be reduced substantially by using a USB extension lead for each receiver – placing the receivers in clear air 1-2 metres away from your PC, and in plain line of sight to the user area should greatly improve the reliability of the connections.
If you have EPOC+ models, in the next couple of months we will be releasing a supporting product (Emotiv Extender) which permits direct USB connection while providing electrical isolation (for user safety). This won’t work for original EPOC models unfortunately.
