Am new to EEG and I have been planning to work on a project that analyze EEG data, especially alpha waves. I have learnt from other sources that Emotive Epoc generates .edf files. Can anybody help me with how this .edf files look like? And where does SDK come into picture here?
And if am not wrong, Testbench software is used to let the user set the sampling method and frequency ranges (for alpha, beta, etc.). Does the Test-bench suite allow the user to produce .csv files with channel data?
Emotive Epoc & Control Panel + Test-bench generate .edf files-> .edf files can be processed in Matlab to generate 14-channel data in CSV format -> 14 channel data can be used to get alpha, beta and theta values in csv format. Is this a valid flow of collecting and analyzing data?
When should I use Testbench, BCI2000, EEGlab?
