Laplacian spatial filter

Hi,I´m from Slovakia so I want to apologize for my English before 😀
I using Emotiv Epoc+ for some research and i want to know if it is possible to use raw eeg data with Small / large laplacian processing method and how i should choose wachted channels.
If I have traditional eeg i choose nearest / next nearest channels but Epoc+ have different distribution of channels. If I’m not wrong Epoc+ use reference(CMS/DRL) processing.
