Noise and Filter

I know that the headset use rubber sensors to remove all noise signal while recording.
I understand that various signal (Utility frequency, ECG artifact, etc..) has been removed by the rubber sensor.

I want pure data that the blinks have been removed.
What kind of digital　filter should be executed to remove the signal related to the blink?

I use Python for mac.
