Same problem with my insight, it sat for a while before i got around to needing it for a project and battery wont charge…. So far I’ve been told there is no solution available for battery issues, which is pretty mind-blowing considering the innovative capability of the people at this company. I have contacted technical support as well to see if I was just getting a hard sell from a CSR or if i really have to buy a new one, which is unacceptable IMO
