I understand your problem, but if your original file does not contain timeline, matlab csvread function will not give you a timeline unless you calculate it yourself. I am sure you can do this in matlab, but I feel its easier just to do this in excel because I am new to matlab too. If your sampling rate is 128, then one second of recording should contain 128 data points assume nothing was removed. And this is one cycle, the process repeats. It depends on how precise you want your timeline to be, 1 second mark is 128 data points, 2 second is at 256, one minute is at 7680. You have 77300 data points, the total recording time is probably 604 seconds. As I mentioned before, 7.81ms per data point. After marking your time manually, then import to matlab for further analysis.
