I don’t know if you have resolved your problem, but I think that theses indices are wrong :
ED_COUNTER = 0
ED_AF3 = 3
ED_T7 = 7
ED_Pz = 9
ED_T8 = 12
ED_AF4 = 16
From what I understand, the indices should be :
0 : Seq
1 : Time
2 : IED_COUNTER Sample counter.
3 : IED_INTERPOLATED Indicate if data is interpolated.
4 : IED_RAW_CQ Raw contact quality value.
5 : IED_AF3 Channel AF3.
6 : IED_T7 Channel T7.
7 : IED_Pz Channel Pz.
8 : IED_T8 Channel T8.
9 : IED_AF4 Channel AF4.
10 : IED_MARKER_HARDWARE Marker from extender.
11 : IED_MARKER Marker value from hardware.
