Reply To: Phone number?

I have contacted support via the support page on this site twice with no reply. I don’t think Emotiv invested any money in customer service. I bought their insight product and one of the sensor arms broke on day three. The Bluetooth only connects sometimes. Of course I was careful with my expensive purchase not to break it. I live in europe so I should be protected by european consumer law.

I will be contacting the relevant authorities. Emotiv took $300 of my money and I have a right to a working product or a refund.

Anyone who reads this should take the same approach. Consumers should not be treated like this.
