Dongle Paired but no Connection in Xavier

I just received a used version 1 Epoc; bought new sensors for it and am now trying to set it up.
It is paired to the dongle, however I cant get Xavier to recognize the device.
Any tips or ideas? I wasnt prompted to install any drivers, is there someone I could find these? Perhaps a firmware update?
Troubleshooting resources seem pretty scarce for this device.
