I have found many posts in the same subject, but none with a solution that worked for me.
I have an Insight fully charged (green light when USB cable connected).
I have downloaded Control Panel 3.5 and Bluetooth on my MacBook Prod is enabled.
When I start Control Panel nothing happen, the headset is not paired and I can’t use the headset.
I know that the headset is Bluetooth active because if I use device discovery from Noble (node app) I can see the headset available.
From Control Panel there’s no way to force a Bluetooth connection, or reset, or viewing logs. It’s basically a black box.
What’s the best way to troubleshoot the problem?
