It is possible your ECVN key has become out of sync with the emotivPro application.
What I would recommend, is first… back up all of your CSV recordings to another folder.
Providing you converted your files to CSV recordings in the application… next time you
get into the application, you should convert them and store them away safely.
If you did not create recordings, you will have to locate the folder that has the
uncoverted session files and back them up. This might be found in
/programdata/Emotiv/UserData/
and it ‘might’ be stored in the sessions folder.
If they are not, it might be stored somewhere in /appdata/
Then I would go to /programData/Emotiv and delete the /EDK folder.
Also you may try stopping/starting your EmotivCortexService by trying
net stop EmotivCortexService
net start EmotivCortexService
Then try to run the program again and enter your credentials.
