Are you using the Emotiv Universal USB Receiver? There are no known issues with that connection. If you are trying to use a Bluetooth SMART receiver there are a few problems. We recommend a specific device (Plugable) and you need to follow the installation instructions carefully or the driver won’t work. What PC and OS are you using and are you sure it does not have a built-in Bluetooth SMART adapter?
