You will need to download the cortexUI app if you are going to using cortex API. It is really easy and pretty straightforward way to connect to the emotive headset and get data. Just download the app from This URL. Download your os version which is windows 10. Install and run that app. You will see interface asking you to connect to the emotive headset. You will have to pair your device with computer or laptop first via Bluetooth. You can even see data in Control panel. Read docs thoroughly you will get the result instantly.
Steps:
1) Download CortexUI app based on your OS.
2) Start App.
3) See if you are connected to the headset.
4) If you can see headset in cortexUI you will get the result in control panel too.
5) start control panel app and play with headset…:)
