We ordered a EPOC+ with the EEG enabled, hoping to have access to the TestBench software to collect data for a study.
We not been not able to access the TestBench software. The software we purchased is not under any “Downloads” tab since we purchased everything without a EmotivID. Rather, download links were sent via an email.
We were also sent a non-EEG headset due to “an effort to process paid orders in a promised time frame.” We were contacted by support with a upgrade tool (EmotivLocalUpgradeTools) to enable EEG on the headset, and have tried repeatedly to upgrade the system, however, it consistently fails. We have been contacting customer support daily to try and fix the system with no success. The error log reads as follows:
Has anyone else encountered this error and/or had any success upgrading the EPOC+ headset from non-EEG to EEG?
